CHATEAU ROLLAN DE BY CASHER

The Rollan de By Estate have been producing Kosher wines since 2001. The process of preparing Kosher Wines is the same as any wine, except that rabbinical delegates or “Shomrims” have to be mandated by the Consistory of Paris to undertake a series of operations. Once the harvest is carried out by our team, only rabbinical delegates are allowed to operate all the necessary manipulations for the vinification of the Kosher wine, until it’s bottled and labeled.

We also produce “Mevushal” wines. Unlike other Kosher wines, they are flash pasteurized, which allow them to be shared by non-practitioners guests.
